Policies
All classes or sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.
All prices are per person.
For your convenience, reservations may be booked on-line up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the desired appointment/class.
To book a session within 24 hours of the start time, please contact the studio or instructor directly.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for your session.
Please do your best to attend your scheduled classes and appointments to ensure your progress.
All Private/Duo packages are valid for 6 months, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Classes are valid for 3 months, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Although we make every effort to avoid class cancellations, we reserve the right to cancel any class in which fewer than 2 participants are enrolled.
Enrolled participants will be notified and the canceled class will be posted on the WebScheduler.
Class instructors may be changed without prior notice.
At least 3 private sessions are required, to get a basic understanding of the Pilates principle, before enrolling in group classes.
Please allow 10 minutes to register before you start your first scheduled session. Registration is required before participation in any session.
The exercise methods taught at Dogma Pilates can be practiced daily.
To achieve optimal results, we recommend attending a Dogma Pilates session targeted to your needs at least twice a week, preferably 3 times a week.
We recommend a private session a minimum of every 4-6 weeks in order to advance your Pilates practice and ensure you make the most of your studio time.
Our instructors are highly skilled professionals who each bring their unique talents to your sessions. We encourage you to benefit from different Dogma Pilates instructors.
